About
Ghost Fitness
My name is Haley Rufer, and I have been dedicated to fitness and certified personal training since 2019. I am a NASM-certified personal trainer and hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Francis Marion University, where I was a student-athlete. With a strong background in healthcare, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals—whether it’s recovering from an injury, enhancing physical performance, or adopting a healthier lifestyle. Beyond my professional work, I find joy in spending time with my family, playing soccer, and caring for animals. My mission is to empower others to lead happier, healthier lives through personalized training and support.
I have created a studio for private one-on-one sessions in a safe and comfortable environment. My goal is for everyone to be happy and healthy. Creating fun workouts that you will not get bored with. Training using different modalities, keeping the body moving pain-free with mobility and stretching, and keeping you the healthiest you can be.
Why “ghost fitness”
I was born on Halloween, I drew inspiration for this occasion to develop my name and logo. I aspired to create a name and logo that were not only straightforward but also captivating and worthy of support. To make the logo more relatable and engaging, I incorporated a personal aspect. I hope the name and logo resonate with you as positively as they do with me.

"I have had the pleasure of training with Haley for almost a year and it's been a fantastic experience. Haley is incredibly knowledgeable about physiology and nutrition, among other things, that have an affect on physical activity and strength. She trains all ages and knows just where people can be pushed to "meet their edge" but does not ask more of them than she knows they can give. For example, I am in my 60s and she focuses on strength training, balance and overall wellbeing which is so appropriate for me at this stage. And to boot, she's a ton of fun!"

“I started seeing Haley due to a knee injury and worked with her for over a year. She is both knowledgeable and professional. The workouts are varied (never boring!) and focused on healing and strengthening. By the end of the year, my knee pain had subsided and overall, strength had improved. I would highly recommend her!”
